Retainer Services

While all our other services have a short term horizon (3-6 months), the Retainer Services program is mid-long term (12-18 months). The idea behind retainer program is quite simply to eliminate just about all the risk for a foreign enterprise and set the scene for it’s long term entry into India. Conceptually, in our Retainer Program, Aurulent Consulting becomes the representative of the client (foreign enterprise) in the market with the scope and mandate to perform all functions that that client would do had it set up its own establishment in India. The tenure of the retainer program may be extended or curtailed based on findings and outcomes generated.
